If you really want a guy having well-rounded experience/knowledge in Real Estate,
with flexible terms & conditions, make the home selling/buying cost effective in
every step (providing good contact information for various home improvements with
lesser prices than the market price during sale, better agent commission than the market,
making sure to not to get into the trap of paying too much to the builder for the options
which will be cheaper outside later & at the same time making sure to take the options from
the builder which will be costly later during the purchase, insurance services with reasonable
prices than the market during the purchase, etc.), who can arrange better mortgage rate than
many folks in the industry, explain the use of going for $0 closing cost option in the current
real estate market, etc., then I would highly recommend this guy named Velen Madhavan who is
the real estate agent and the loan officer for my recent real estate transactions.

I am very thankful for Velen for the services I have received, especially making the
loan application, closing and everything in-between possible in 7 working days.
I am even thinking of taking his home improvement services for my new home later.

"I had recently refinanced my mortgage with Velen, it was great pleasure working with him. From the initial discussion to the closing process, it went very smooth because every step of the process Velen explained in detail. Its amazing how fast he responds back to questions and how accurately he provides required information. Initially Velen promised me to refinance at 5.75% with no closing costs and while locking he was able to find a better rate of 5.625 and he locked my rate at lower than promised, I dont think any Lender would have done this. I have worked with 4 lenders so far and I never had such a honest and satisfying experience. "

This is what i feel about velen, he is a person who listens and works
according to our needs. Other thing I found in him was, he does a deep
analysis about the property before showing it, and give out all the
pros and cons of the place. This is one difference I found in him.
Knowledgeable, not just in the field of real estate and
