Home Tips & Guide
Mix one teaspoon of a neutral detergent (a mild
detergent containing no alkalies or bleaches) with a cup
of luke-warm water. Blot.
|
Mix one tablespoon of household ammonia with a half-
cup of water. Blot.

Using simple stakes or inexpensive driveway markers will make it
easier to clear snow from your driveway after a heavy snowfall.
Take a 3 ft. long stake and drive it into the ground a few inches.
The length of the stake you should use depends on how much snow is expected.

It is a great idea to apply a deicer to your driveway or sidewalk before the snowfall.
There are several deicers that are available. One product called Bare Ground is a chemical
product that you should spray before it snows. It prevents creating the hard ice and makes
it easier to remove the snow once it has fallen. Then sit back and enjoy the snowfall.
